Improving the system of continuing education of personnel of the state treasury institution of the Sverdlovsk region "Irbit center for psychological, pedagogical, medical and social assistance

Master's thesis consists of introduction, two parts, conclusion, bibliography, applications. In the theoretical part the basic concepts, the structure of continuing education, its forms, methods and functions are presented, a model of the continuing education system of personnel is described. In the practical part the general characteristic of the institution under study is described, the analysis of the effectiveness of the implemented model of the continuing education system in the Center is carried out. Based on the data obtained, proposals have been developed to improve the system of continuing education of personnel. In conclusion, summarized in accordance with the tasks.Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух частей, заключения, библиографического списка, приложений. В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, структура непрерывного образования, его формы, методы и функции, описана модель системы непрерывного образования персонала. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемого учреждения, проведён анализ эффективности реализуемой модели системы непрерывного образования персонала в условиях Центра. На основе полученных данных разработаны предложения по совершенствованию системы непрерывного образования персонала. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами
